Insurance is required on all breakable merchandise. This is for your
protection of your purchase. If an item arrives broken,
please contact
me immediately and I will assist you in starting your claim.

is optional but not required on non-breakable merchandise, but
suggested as I have no control after the shipment leaves my hands. This
is your decision. Let me know if you wish to purchase insurance before
paying. I will send a revised invoice.
RETURNS:

try very hard to describe each item and its condition. If you are
unhappy with your purchase, please contact me
with the reason and authorization for returns of non-damaged item(s).
Buyers assumes all
responsiblity for returning in original shipped condition and shipping
charges and any applicable insurance.
