		<description>Thanks for adding me to your blog roll and your comment.  I saw this message &amp; just had to say - if you can - try to talk her out of diet pills - they never work and are usually a bunch of caffeine (not good for general health).  The only true way to loose weight and get fit is healthy eating and exercise.  Small modifications like walking, taking the stairs and wearing a pedometer to make sure you get the minimum of 10,000 steps per day can help.  Also - the government has tons of free info on MyFoodPyramid.gov and the Diabetic Assoc. that they will send you and recipes about avoiding Type II.  My mom has diabetes mellitus which could be controlled with diet and exercise (she just isn&#039;t interested) and I printed her out a 100 page book with exercise tips, quick recipes and more all from these sites. Good Luck, I know it is hard to keep our families healthy these days!
