I am still having trouble with updating to the latest Word Press version 2.6.1. I was unable to update 2.6 version either. Even my web host has tried several times to help me and we both can not figure out why it will not let me have sign in to either of those versions. So end results is reinstall the old version 2.5.1. What a pain these two updates have been!

I have even written in the Word Press forum about this problem. I see replies to other people’s situation that these two versions have caused. Some replies are similar situations and some are not having any problems with the updates. Some replies are not very helpful at all and cause further frustrations. Please Word Press fix your problems with these crucial updates. This is stressing me out as I need to get all my plugin updates done too which is affecting this WP update.
