Years ago, I obtained a beautiful wall clock that I am not sure where it was manufactured; however the movement was not maintained. I have been thinking about buying a new one. The quality craftsmanship of wall clocks adds beauty to any home décor. I have always been fascinated with clocks. When I was young, a friend’s house had a grandfather clock in their hall. I would listen to the beautiful chiming on each hour and half hour.
Though, I do not have room for a grandfather clock, I do have room on my living room wall for a Howard Miller clock. I love the Howard Miller David wall clock with the Windsor Cherry finish as it accents with the cherry wood around my windows in my living room and dining room. The David wall clock has the keywound Winchester movement with the silence chime option if I do not wish to hear the chime. On the face of the clock, it has the Roman numerals like I want. I have a thing for Roman numerals even on my wrist watch. This gorgeous wall clock is just what I am looking for in my home and it is very similar to my old one.
It is amazing how clocks can transform the look of a home. They are a family heirloom.
