Vintage Postcard "BILLY CARTER IN FRONT OF SERVICE STATION PLAINS GA". "091203" This card has never been written on. Has divided back sections. SIZE: 4 1/8" X 5 7/8". Continental. Billy Carter is the brother of former President Jimmy Carter.

NOTE: Any Discoloration on postcard due to my scanner, not on actual postcard.

There is no stamp. HAS NEVER BEEN POSTALLY USED or MAILED! There are no tears, major bends or creases, however there is an ink mark on the face of the card. The postcard has tiny bends on the bottom two corners and along top of card there is a little roughness, otherwise in Excellent Condition. The postcard comes in an acid free plastic sleeve. I provide a Delivery Confirmation on all shipping through USPS.
